If there is more than one button in a form the one which will be used to submit
the form should be highlighted (if this is the behaviour). Also if only one
submit-button is available if you focus an input or another element the button
which will be submitted on pressing enter should somehow be highlighted. Another
issue is, that if you press enter on a checkbox the form is not submitted.

Boris, you don't suppose the reporter would go and find the dupe
simply because you said "This is a duplicate"? ;-)
