As a user, I want to be able to move (e.g., drag-and-drop, accessibility methods) tabs from one open profile to a different open profile so that I can quickly put the tab where I need it
value - easy fix when user accidentally opens a tab in the wrong profile

Note that, per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1598915#c12, it may not be easy to implement drag and drop across separate Firefox instances.
