1945234 - Flashing scroll on Treeherder logs

On Treeherder logs, I get flashing scrollbar and can't scroll after scrolling for a while. I can't tell if this is a treeherder issue, vertical tabs or layout issue. • I can reproduce this with a clean profile.
• I can only reproduce with siderbar option checked in the settings (setting to horizontal tabs doesn't change the behaviour)
• I can still reproduce with different window sizes
• I can't reproduce it if the sidebar is expanded (as shown in video)

It's pretty similar to what I saw before (bug 1940015 comment 2).

I'm on OSX. I also attached my about:support, there should be more info about my system

Oops, I am sorry I missed the attachment. :/
Now I am moderately sure that this is a duplicate of bug 1932985.

The scrollbars are probably not for the content, it's ones of them in the browser window.
