Details

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/vibration/ and try the various examples

Actual results:

Nothing, the device did not provide any haptic feedback

Expected results:

The device should provide haptic feedback according to the examples.

This could be implemented e.g. via the haptic API of feedbackd: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/feedbackd/-/blob/main/data/org.sigxcpu.Feedback.Haptic.xml thus allowing these things to work on e.g. Linux driven mobile phones.
