Added to our 137 beta release notes with this wording:

Support for the SVG discard element is now available.

Adding the relnote flag and keeping it open until we ship to the release channel.

FF137 MDN work for this tracked in https://github.com/mdn/content/issues/38409. A lot of this is nearly done work from FF136, so mostly for this release it is a release note and tidying up the compatibility data.

We are deactivating discard support in 137.0b8 as there were multiple issues reported during the beta cycle. This is still activated in nightly and should ride the 138 train. Dianna, for your information, the note is in nucleus but no longer associated to a release.

We ended up backing out on Nightly as well. --> Unsetting tracking and version-specific status flags.
