Preconditions:

• ETP set to Strict

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.bloomberg.com/tosv2.html
2. Observe

Expected Behavior:
"PRESS AND HOLD" button is present

Actual Behavior:
"PRESS AND HOLD" button is missing

Notes:

• Reproduces in ETP Strict mode only
• Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
• Does not reproduce in chrome

The domain in question is px-cdn.net, hopefully they will add an exception for captcha.px-cdn.net, which is what breaks the CAPTCHA on Bloomberg.
