User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:128.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/128.0
Steps to reproduce:
Download a file. Later go to the Downloads dropdown and see the file listed. Right-click to get the menu.
Actual results:
One of the choices given is "Copy download link". But you can't easily go back to the parent page from which you downloaded the file, or reopen the tab it came from.
Expected results:
As an enhancement, offer "Visit download site" which will reopen the page you downloaded from. This is a way of accessing the browser history; currently it is quite hard to search for a particular download in the history and get back to where you were when you downloaded it.
(Sometimes, the URI of the download itself may not be very useful. It might be a blob: URI for a download generated by Javascript, or it might be a temporary URI which cannot be downloaded again later. But you will often be able to go back to the parent page and re-request the download. Even if the parent page itself can't be refetched, by opening a tab from history with the Back button history populated, it will usually be possible to get back to a working download.)
An alternative feature would be "find download in history" which would open the Library window having jumped to the history entry which triggered this download. But I suspect that "visit download site" would be more immediately useful.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
