Preconditions:
Private Browsing Mode enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://menetrendek.hu/mobile/
2. Grant or deny location permissions
3. Observe

Expected Behavior:
The location permission request pop-up is closed

Actual Behavior:
The location permission request pop-up is triggered endlessly

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
• Not reproducible with Normal Browsing Mode
• Attachment provided

There was a diagnosis process present for a similar report in: https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/125610, but the issue has evolved and now it happens only when using PBM

Is this still popping up if you check the "remember this decision" checkbox?

If you check that option, the page forgets about your selection, and the checkbox is deselected. It only happens when PBM is used and in Firefox Focus (in Focus, the prompt is not even triggered to remember the decision)

This sounds to be a PBM issue, but I'll remove the dependency on bug 1773110, because it seems that was set by accident, maybe?

In the normal window, if the remember this decision is checked, Fenix won't show the prompt again if the site requests location permission again. But, Fenix keeps showing prompt in PBM for this case.
