Hmm, per the local test it's BrowserTestUtils.browserLoaded that hangs?

browserLoaded depends on load events and thus it can hang for already loaded browser (bug 1949534).

So theoretically it should fail for others too. But somehow it fails only for Linux. I guess our Linux machines are faster than other machines! (Or we are faster on Linux?!)

With the patch the local TV run on Linux is fully green! (On Windows it's green regardless of the patch... IDK, this machine is supposed to be much faster than the Linux one. Maybe the test runs actually faster on Linux.)
