1946278 - Remove or update metrics expiring in Firefox 138: codec.stats.* before Gecko version gets increased to 138 on 2025-03-03

The following metrics will expire in the next Firefox Nightly release: version 138.

codec.stats.audio_preferred_codec
codec.stats.other_fec_signaled
codec.stats.ulpfec_negotiated
codec.stats.video_preferred_codec

What to do about this:

1. If one, some, or all of the metrics are no longer needed, please remove them from their metrics.yaml definition file.
2. If one, some, or all of the metrics are still required, please submit a patch to extend their expiry.
