Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://login.yahoo.com
- Log into your account.
- Observe the layout.
Expected Behavior:
The layout is the same as on other browsers.
Actual Behavior:
The layout is different.
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

Yup, yahoo mail serves us a different version of the site - "m" vs "mb" in URL. See bug 1892697 comment 1. I think this is essentially a dupe of that bug.
