STR:

  1. In a non-private window, open some non-about:blank tabs. Add them to a tab group.
  2. Right click the tab group label and click "Save and close group".
  3. Open a private window.
  4. Open the tab overflow menu.

Expected result:

  • No saved groups appear.

Actual result:

  • The saved group appears.

Additional context:
It is not possible to actually restore the tab group to the private context since this is blocked at the session restore API level. This is a purely UI issue.
