There are a couple of settings UI tests that test visibility of Firefox Suggest settings depending on the current Suggest scenario. "Scenario" basically means the default Suggest status for the user: whether it's enabled by default and additionally whether Merino is turned on by default.
I'm doing some Suggest cleanup, and as part of that I'm removing the concept of scenarios in favor of simply talking about whether Suggest is enabled by default or not, so I'd like to update these tests.
