test_quicksuggest.js is the oldest Suggest xpcshell test and it does too much right now. It was created when "sponsored" only meant AMP and "nonsponsored" only meant Wikipedia. Let's refactor it into multiple files. One thing in particular we should do is factor out new test_quicksuggest_amp.js and test_quicksuggest_offlineWikipedia.js tests.
