From discussion with Nive and Nan, we can remove the following Merino-related legacy histograms:

FX_URLBAR_MERINO_LATENCY_MS
FX_URLBAR_MERINO_LATENCY_WEATHER_MS
FX_URLBAR_MERINO_RESPONSE
FX_URLBAR_MERINO_RESPONSE_WEATHER

Remember to update the changelogs in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/urlbar/docs/firefox-suggest-telemetry.rst with removal notices.

Attachment: Bug 1946922 - Remove Merino-related legacy telemetry histograms.

Removing these histograms makes it possible to simplify MerinoClient further,
but I'll leave that to a follow-up.
