Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:135.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/135.0
Steps to reproduce:
Play some media. It doesn't happen for all media, but it seems to happen for anything on https://linuxunplugged.com, and some seemingly arbitrary YouTube videos, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RX2P0XcpQss
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20250207
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2
Kernel Version: 6.13.1-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor
Memory: 62.7 Gibyte of RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
Manufacturer: ASUS
Actual results:
The volume for Firefox in Pipewire changes to 60%. If I change it up to normal volume, Firefox changes is back to 60% whenever I seek.
Expected results:
Firefox should not be messing around with the system volume moxer

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
