Browser unsupported pop-up blocking access to page

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome

Their mobile site just recommends to download their app, even on Chrome. It's their desktop version which has the blocking unless we add a Chrome UA string component, so that's what our sitepatch will target.
