Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a; MultiZilla v1.1.32 final) Gecko/20030224

Double-clicking on a .wav attachment calls the Save To dialogue, with the
attachment showing a .wav.exe extension, resulting it not being played.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double-click on a .wav attachment
2 [review].
3.

Actual Results:
Calls the Save To dialogue, with the attachment showing a .wav.exe extension,
resulting it not being played.

Expected Results:
Obvious
The problem is probably that the file was attached as application/octet-stream
we shouldn't append .exe, that's a *bad* idea :)
Dup of one of the dozens of bugs on Windows extension crap.
