1948366 - Remove remaining uses of the extensions.screenshots.disabled pref

This bugzilla issue, followup to Bug 1948364, is tracking additional changes needed to fully migrate away from the extensions.screenshots.disabled pref, and either remove the pref usage or migrate it to the new screenshots.browser.components.enabled pref.

As part of fully migrating away from the extensions.screenshots.disabled pref, there are also the following parts that will be requiring changes:

• change Enterprise Policies's DisableFirefoxScreenshots settings to set and lock the new screenshots.browser.components.enabled pref, instead of still using the extensions.screenshots.disabled pref (see here)
• change CustomizableWidgets.sys.mjs to not use the extensions.screenshots.disabled pref to determine if the Screenshots toolbar button should be defined or not (see here)
