This is an EPIC to connect all tasks required to run WebExtensions tests as part of WPT.

Please note that generic web-platform tests are not yet setup to use WebDriver BiDi. But the Marionette runner could as well be used given that it already has the feature to install and uninstall webextensions for quite some time.
