When I run the M11 build there is momentary freezing. That is, I cannot scroll
the page or interact with the browser.I cannot move the applications window.

Seems like you guys got some sort of coperative threading issues on the Mac.
This would not be a problem on unix because of the premptive threads. Maybe, you
need to find some of the tight loops and put in a yieldtoanythread(). Or create
an idle function that can be overriden for each platform. Then put the yield in
the idle for the Mac version....

The pauses are usually 5-10 seconds long. It makes the Mac version useless.
Sorry to be so harsh but its the truth.

Also, I'm using Mac OS 9 which is not an option on the bug reporting page.

I have a 350mhz B&W Mac with 192 megs of Ram. Running OS 9. The system is stable.
