Firefox version: Firefox 135.0 (release)
Preconditions:
- ETP set to STRICT
- Clean profile
- VPN set to USA
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://thehill.com/homenews/nexstar_media_wire/5107273-costco-swapping-out-pepsi-products-at-food-courts-ceo-confirms/
- Observe
Expected Behavior:
The captcha is displayed correctly
Actual Behavior:
The captcha is not displayed
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly
- Not reproducible in Chrome
