195002 - IME - after commit the JA chars, cursor moves to the beginning of the line

After you commit the Japanse characters by using IME on MacOS build, the cursor
moves to the beginning of the line.  This happens in Text area of browser and
composer.

Steps of reproduce
1. Launch Netscape
2. Open Composer
3. Turn on IME and change the mode to Hiragana mode
4. Type "kannji" and hit space to choose the characters
5. Hit the return to commit

Actual result
The cursor moves to the beginning of the line.

Expected result
The cursor stays after the characters you committed.

Tested 2-24-03 MacOS X build.  This happens only MacOS build.

This works for me on 02-21 trunk build.  So the regression should be in 02-21
and 02-24.

If this works on today's build then it is probably due to a performance fix that
caused caret problems.

I marked this as verified.  This does not happen in 2-26 MacOS X build.
