1950072 - Sunset ASan Nightly Channel and show deprecation warning

The ASan Nightly project was a project to supply users with an ASan Nightly build that would update itself like the regular Nightly builds, but report back its crash information to a specialized backend.

Since we do have PHC deployed now and the number of users on the ASan Nightly channel is quite low, I think it is time to sunset the project.

As a first step, we should migrate users that are currently on this channel (called nightly-asan) to the regular Nightly channel to make sure these users don't get stranded on an outdated Firefox version.

Ben asked me to include user numbers here and I tried to gather this data from Telemetry - so far it looks like we have fewer than 50 active monthly users left on this channel.

Moving this as we have decided to not automatically migrate the users.. Instead, we should add a banner that indicates that the channel is becoming unsupported and ship that as one of the last updates on the channel.
