AR: No favicon is shown

Now bookmark the page.
Go to the bookmark in the bookmark folder.
AR: No favicon is shown. But if you highlight the bookmark, the favicon is shown suggesting that maybe the colors are inverted or something.
Now put https://grok.com/?referrer=website in a background tab.
AR: The favicon is visible but with a white outline.
Can repro on a build from Jan2022, so not a new regression.
Chrome shows the expected fvicon in all cases.

Duplicate of bug 1603885. However, see also bug 1790109 comment 5 that suggests using an svg is a better option.
