One issue I'm running into with H264 video playback is with seeking videos like - https://test-videos.co.uk/vids/bigbuckbunny/mp4/h264/720/Big_Buck_Bunny_720_10s_1MB.mp4

Large seeks trigger some sort of crash.

This issue is present in 2.3.2 as well.

We encountered a crash with new OpenH264 (version 2.6.0) when seeking video like: https://html5videoplayer.net/html5video/mp4-h-264-video-test/, issue on Windows 11 aarch. Attached screenshot shows the issue.
With old plugin (version 2.3.2) the issue not present.
