when a message is junk, don't show images (or attachments?)
maybe there is something we can do with the "mailnews.display.*" code to
accomplish this.
from the spec:
http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/spam/images/Spam5.gif
This a dup of bug 179568?

I guess the idea is same, but simply showing Simple HTML is not enough. Few
hours ago I checked in fix for bug 193929, which means that images attached to
the message are shown in Simple HTML. For junk we could have a hardcoded allowed
attribute set (for sanitizer it is configurable).
