User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030211
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210
Tested this on Windows 2000 with Mozilla 1.0, 1.2.x, 1.3b. Bug does not exist in
1.0; only the 1.2.x and 1.3b. Also does not exist in Linux, only Windows (Only
tested with 2000, don't know about earlier versions). When clicking one of the
menu items or buttons on the menubar to load up a new page, the iframe will
first flicker black before actually loading the new page. The page will also
flicker the same way when resizing the window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click one of the buttons/menuitems to load a new page into the main iframe,
or resize the window with an iframe already loaded up
Actual Results:
The window flickered solid black before properly rendering the page
