I was looking at mots.yaml to find a reviewer for mozbase changes, and noticed that two of the listed peers have deactivated Phabricator accounts, with last activity in 2020 and 2021:

To make it easier to find relevant reviewers, I asked the current module owner (jmaher) whether they could be moved to peer emeritus status, and he was agreed. So I am going to attach a patch.
