In our Fenix perf test setup for Raptor browsertime tests, we target the IntentReceiverActivity. We will need to instead target HomeActivity or ensure that the app can be targeted using implicit Intents appropriately.

IIUC, this runner executes Browsertime tests which navigate to several URLs listed here. In theory, which activity we land on first shouldn't affect these tests but we should be sure to execute them to make sure.
