Emily: does one of the dependent bugs here implicitly include toggling layout.css.grid-flex-spanning-items-intrinsic-sizing.enabled to true (or having that effect while removing the pref, etc)? If we don't have a bug on that, could you file one?

(I'm looking for which bug we should be using as the platform-bug that's expected-to-fix bug 1914395 and friends, where sites are depending on grid rows picking up a larger intrinsic size from spanning items.)
