Details
Steps to reproduce:
Open a web page, click in the address bar, press cmd+enter
Actual results:
The page was reloaded as if I had only pressed enter
Expected results:
The page should have opened in a new tab (like it used to on version 135.0.1)

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Address Bar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Alt/Option+Enter is the shortcut to open pages in new tab from the address bar, cmd+enter happened to work, but as indicated in the Release Notes we had to move canonization feature to it.
If you don't use the canonization feature, you can set browser.urlbar.ctrlCanonizesURLs to false in about:config, and that will restore previous behavior.
