1952063 - Uncached Mastodon videos look plain green only on Firefox aarch64 Windows

1. Open https://peoplemaking.games/@eniko/114111996111205260 (and make sure to not hover on the video)
2. (Optionally trigger full reload by Control+F5 if the first frame loads properly)
3. See the video properly shows the first frame
4. Scroll through https://peoplemaking.games/@eniko/media and see whether any GIFs are rendered properly

Mysteriously this doesn't happen on x86-64 Firefox nor on arm64 Chrome. It only happens on aarch64 Firefox (2025-03-05 nightly, 2024-03-05 nightly, and 135.0.1 stable).

And it works today, I wonder it was a system issue that's somehow fixed by Windows?

Okay, this works sometimes and does not other times. It's unstable somehow.
