Enabel layer compositor
Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JBY2kvGnps&t=22s and start the video.

AR: Large parts are white
ER: Not so

Didnt do bisection, but probably a regression from bug 1951548

Attached file about:support

Though since this is disabled by default on Nightly, its not that big of a deal.

This and similar effects with layer compositor can also be seen today while scrolling on Facebook and on Instagram, where videos vanish after a split second when enlarged with the sound still playing. Same with the livestream on https://df1.de/live .

This one is interesting - because the test case I used to develop this patch is also showing this bug (but was working fine when I landed it). That suggests that there was perhaps some kind of merge error when rebasing, or that it's interacting badly with another patch that landed around the same time.

Fixed up the compile error due to an unused variable in some configs. Will reland after a try run.
