195239 - mail messages not being deleted from pop server when moved from inbox to another folder

In MailNews, under the 'Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings...':

Account Settings/Server Settings.  There is a check box that states 'Leave
messages on server'->'Delete messages on server when they are deleted or moved
from Inbox'.

With this option checked, I would assume that if you have  filter that moves a
mail message out of the Inbox into another folder that the message would then be
deleted off of the server.

This doesn't seem to be the case.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check the box described above in your POP account settings
2. Create a mail filter that moves a mail message to another folder.
3. Check mail.

Actual Results:  
If a mail message is processed by filter created and moved out of Inbox, mesasge
is not delete from mail server.

Expected Results:  
Messages moved out of Inbox either manually or through a mail filter should be
deleted off of the server.

Isn't this a dup of long long lived bug 89034? (It was opened on 2001/7/03!)
