Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0
Steps to reproduce:
Use Firefox on KDE Plasma 5.27.10.
Watch video on Youtube / Twitch. Set tab active on screen OR set fullscreen.
Check if battery/sleep settings are confirmed being blocked by Firefox
Actual results:
Device's screen goes to sleep regardless of the notification that Firefox blocks sleep.
Expected results:
Firefox should block sleep and let video play without the screen going dark.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Additional information: using Firefox Flatpak downloaded from Discover Store.
Current Nightly version 138.0a1 is working as expected, screen actually gets blocked by playback.

Hello Martin,
I have been using Nightly for a while (since the opening of this bug report) and it has not caused any issues with any of the versions.
Currently using 141.0a1 - wake lock is working as expected.
Thank you!
