User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 The Download Manager display is often wrong when downloading email attachments. Sometimes I'll see "finished, 1KB of 1KB" (even though the file is larger than 1KB in size). Other times I'll see the hashed ongoing progress bar and "37KB of ??" (where the file is actually 37KB), even though the download has finished. I don't seem to have the same problem when downloading via the browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Get an email message with an attachment (tested with Word and Excel attachments) 2. Open the attachment Actual Results: File downloads, app opens file, download manager does one or the other of the two incorrect actions Expected Results: Downlaod manager shoud show "finished x of x bytes" with x= attachment size The trigger between "finished, 1KB of 1KB" and "37KB of ??" seems to be related to whether or not the file already exists in the Temp folder. I haven't tied the relationship down exactly.
