I filed a Bedrock request to redirect requests for the old URLs to the new SUMO articles. We should still fix the "Learn more" links' URLs in the client code, but there's no need to uplift the fix to Beta 137 or a 136.x dot release.

Verified - Fixed in Beta 138.0b3 and Nightly 139.0a1(2025-04-07). The "Learn more" links are now redirecting the user to the correct webpage.
