Steps to reproduce:
Debug symbols are missing on Raspberry Pi OS (based on debian arm64) for packages which are not present in Debian or significantly different to the Debian package. This applies to both the profiler and crash reporter.

Bump symbol-scrapers commit hash, the newer version includes the
mesa-libgallium package which is needed for debugging rendering issues
