Opening website in new tab, whether from address or from link (Open in New tab)
Actual results:
pops up dialog trying to open in external app.
Expected results:
It should open page in new tab, without that dialogue.

There are some use cases that requires the new tab redirect to external app to work. However, we should investigate if we can better filter those uses cases so not all new tab has to go through the redirect prompt.
