User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:136.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/136.0
Steps to reproduce:
Assign Alt+C as any extension shortcut. For example, I have it assigned to "Copy current tab URL(s) to clipboard" of https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clipboard-tabs/
This bug has appeared after the latest update. I'll be rolling back to the last version and will tell if it happened with 136.0.1 or 136.0 update.
Actual results:
The shortcut is assigned, but has no effect when pressed.

Versions 136.0.0 and 136.0.1 have this bug, 135.0.1 doesn't.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'WebExtensions::Untriaged' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
