User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:136.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/136.0
Steps to reproduce:
Pinned 6+ tabs and made the vertical tab sidebar as small as possible (i.e. icons only). Attaching a video demonstrating the bug.
Actual results:
When the vertical tab sidebar is at its smallest size, any pinned tabs past the 5th one are hidden, although a scrollbar is present.
Expected results:
Pinned tabs should take up all the space required without resorting to a scrollbar (i.e. save the scrollbar for non-pinned tabs).

Hi Jeff, we're planning to make the pinned tabs container adjustable so users can decide when they will overflow.
