19547 - Dialog windows appear at maximum screen size

Using todays build 112299 most dialogs (including migration progress, profile
setup profile manager appear maximized, rather than at normal size not sure what
causes this ?

I'm not seeing any problems in code built from this morning's source. I imagine/hope the official
build named in the complaint was made from earlier code, since it's still early on the 22nd. The
description sounds the same as bug 19374, which was fixed last Friday afternoon

Since I can't reproduce the problem, I'm calling this a duplicate. You'll want to reopen it,
of course, if you're still seeing it with a later verification build.
