Device is a Redmi Note 3 (Adreno 510)
Looks like an issue rendering masks, eg rounded rect clips, shadows
Reporter ran mozregression and found bug 1922323, which seems plausible as it was mostly a refactoring of render target logic. Probably accidentally made a slight functional change which has uncovered a driver bug.
