Preconditions
- sidebar.expandOnHover: true
- sidebar.revamp: true
- ensure that vertical tabs are enabled
- sidebar is placed on the left side
- have some pined tabs
Steps to reproduce
- Hover over the sidebar and move a pine tab from top to bottom or bottom to top.
Expected result
- The other pined tabs are displayed.
Actual result
- The other pined tabs will disappear until the tab is dropped.
Regression range
- Not a regression, new feature.
