Steps to reproduce:

Firefox on Fedora 41

  • Enable vertical tabs
  • Open enough tabs to enable scrolling
  • Scroll though the tabs

Actual results:

The list of tabs scrolls slowly most of the time but then other times scrolls normally.

Expected results:

Normal scrolling
