Page loads fine for me using Mozilla 1.3 on WinXP Nik, are you still seeing this problem with Mozilla 1.3 or later?
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031217 WFM, can't reproduce. But this looks more like it was a problem on the server's side. Marking this bug as invalid.
