Steps to Reproduce

Install fenix-138.0a1.multi.android-arm64-v8a.apk.

Actual Results

No development tools are provided, much less an ECMAScript console.

Expected Results

As github.com/orgs/community/discussions/144767#discussioncomment-12467603 demonstrates, I find myself frequently needing to diagnose problems, when using Fenix, that are the fault of the browser and/or OS (in my case, obviously, a distribution of AOSP). Being able to easily invoke some commands via the browser's GUI is invaluable. I'm using Nightly!

This is especially important when utilising a hypervisor (a VM or WayDroid) because APK installation size and performance concerns are irrelevant. However, this applies to my smartphone, too.

I'm not the sole person to have requested this, per discourse.mozilla.org/t/44142.

Summary: Provide an ECMAScript Console in Fenix. → Provide GUI debugging tools in Fenix, as in desktop Firefox.

#c0

After having utilised about:debugging at github.com/orgs/community/discussions/144767#discussioncomment-12576909, I have been surprised by how convenient it is. Regardless, I maintain enthusiasm for this FR, because I've been without a separate machine running an OS capable of installing desktop Firefox.
