Hi All,

   When you have replies set to "start my reply above 
quoted text", the signature still shows up at the end of 
the document.  It should show up above the start of the 
quoted text.   (Cutting and pasting it is somewhat
of a pain in the neck!  Not to mention the embarrassment
of occasionally forgetting to do so.)  This will be
an nice fix for "business" letters.
