The shortcut for "Open Address or Search in New Background Tab" changed from <command+enter> to <alt+enter> for addresses or terms typed into the address bar.

Details
Steps to reproduce:
I click command + enter for items entered into the address bar
Actual results:
the page opens in the current tab, rather than a new tab as it did in previous firefox versions
Expected results:
It should open in a new tab with this shortcut, rather than the "alt" + "enter" command. This doesn't make sense as clicking links on webpages with <command> still opens a new tab, while the address bar is uniquely different. Is this a bug? If not, it doesn't seem to make sense, and I'd love to know a way to fix it.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Address Bar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
